"Soft Skills" Used for Care Share Team
What we're talking about here are "soft skills," by which we mean the communication skills, social graces and chosen habits you will need and use to successfully create and maintain your networks. Phyllis (talked about in the Newsletter story attached) used honesty with herself and her friend, which allowed her to accept help in developing self discipline and prioritizing skills which led to her success. Without honesty first, she would have failed to develop the necessary soft skills required for success.
