CREATING A PARTNERSHIP FOR YOUR SMALL BUSINESS – Our One-On-One Initiative

So you enjoy getting our newsletter and reading about other's adventures into the Personal Safety Nets® world. You understand that everyone needs a personal safety net, and you'd like to take one of our classes some day, but you don't see how it can work with your business - how can it help my clients, and make me more profitable. You say to yourself, "I am a (salesman, financial planner, insurance advisor, banker, lawyer, pick one) and I have enough trouble convincing prospective clients to use my services, how can Personal Safety Nets® help? By creating shared experiences you and your client can see one another as belonging to one community.

Now picture yourself hosting a group of prospective clients. You may have trouble gathering the group because they've either heard your speech before, or they think they are not ready for your services, or they are just not impressed with your industry. Would some of those folks be more willing to come to your gathering if they knew you were featuring a special guest - one who was not going to talk about your specific industry, but rather what the total needs for each of those individuals might be? Would you gather a more interested crowd if they knew you were hosting a well-known author and that they were about to receive the author's book for free at the end of the evening? Do you think that would help you to get your foot in the door - to allow you to make follow-up calls?

We know this method works! Instead of your group listening to another lecture on finances, banking, or insurance, they're going to hear your guest, Judy Pigott, co-author of the book Personal Safety Nets®: Getting Ready for Life's Changes and Challenges, and the workbook Personal Safety Nets®: Get Ready/Get Started, talk to them about their own lives, and how they can be supported dealing with life's challenges and changes. In a relaxed setting, provided by you, your prospective clients will be able to ask questions and get direct answers from Judy - and all the while, you'll be the beneficiary. How?? Easy! The evening of shared experiences, of discussions of shared values and vision, provides a bond, creates a team, the team of you and your client. The shared evening provides the entry for an on-going business relationship.

What can Personal Safety Nets® do for you and your business? How about we open doors and minds - we get your clients thinking and wanting to talk to you about their needs.
